Antenna tests ready

During summer 2023 I have conducted several antenna tests with the existing antennas. The aim has been to increase their directivity towards the south west. The tests are now completed and have resulted in modifications to the Beverage- and Double-Kaz antennas. The modified antennas for winter 2023-2024 are illustrated in the Remote QTH subfolder.

The antennas in the following video are:

1. Beverage 630 meters long

2. Beverage 70 meters long

3. T2FD 40 meters long

4. Newly designed 40 meters long Kaz antenna, the MDDK, "Modified Doubled Double Kaz". After several years of trying the Kaz finally seems to be working almost as well as the 630 meter Beverage.

Still a lot of day time D-layer absorption on 49 meters between Finland and Denmark:
